On staging day, we will come over to your house and take a look at your home from top to bottom. This process is mainly about moving furniture and determining repairs. We will help you determine whether or not you should make any repairs or improvements and where you should place your furniture to look best in the photos. We may recommend professional staging or we may recommend removing everything and selling it vacant. At the end of the staging day, we’ll show you where your furniture should be placed, and rearrange it and tag furniture so that you’ll know what it should look like to be ready for photos and to be ready to be live on the market.
