Getting In Offers
This is the most exciting part of the home selling journey. We could get an offer on the first day the home hits the market or it could take a little while. Hopefully your home is positioned so it sells quickly because that typically is what yields you the highest return. It’s normal to feel anxious when your home is listed on the market. We’ll make sure to communicate with you every step of the process and we’ll let you know as soon as we get an offer in.
So what happens when we receive an offer? Once we get an offer in, we’ll let you know and find a time to communicate and talk about the details of the offer with you. Sometimes we get multiple offers and in that situation, we can decide whether or not to set an offer deadline. If your home is very popular and we set an offer deadline- we’ll discuss all the offers with you a few hours after the deadline and the pros and cons of each. We’ll help you determine which offer is the best and discuss the next steps we need to take.
